Your first visit to Westlake Smile Design establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. You can even save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.

Mission Statement
We are dedicated to providing you with the most caring and highest quality dental care!  Our entire dental team is committed to making each visit at our office pleasant and comfortable, by taking the time to listen and treating you as an individual.   Our rooms are all equipped with televisions, personalized headphones and comfort pillows, which along with Nitrous (laughing) gas and twilight sedation, will allow you to reach the level of relaxation that is right for you.

By continuously staying up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry, and by using the highest quality dental materials and equipment, you can rest assured that you will always receive the finest care.  Whether your dental needs are simple or you are looking for an entire cosmetic make-over, you will always leave our office with a comfortable, healthy, beautiful smile.

Appointments
In order to provide excellent, timely care to all our patients, we ask that you be on time for your appointments. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Westlake Smile Design does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Financial Options

Please choose from the following financial options to pay for your dental investment:

1. Prepayment Courtesy Discountxyz Option
A prepayment courtesy discount of 10% will be given when you prepay in full, for your recommended treatment plan by cash or check at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled appointment.

A prepayment courtesy discount of 5% will be given when you prepay in full, for your recommended treatment plan by Credit Card at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled appointment.

x Prepayment courtesy discount can only be applied to treatments with a patient portion greater than $1,500.
y The courtesy discount may not be combined with financing.
z Invisalign and treatment performed under sedation are excluded.

2. Financing
Westlake Smile Design offers financing to all patients upon application and approval. Multiple financing options are available, including 12 month interest-free financing and low monthly payments for up to 60 months.
Financing must be arranged with our office prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you would like to apply for financing online, please use the link to CareCredit. Otherwise we would be happy to take care of this for you in our office.

3. Payment at Time of Service
Though most of our patients prefer to take advantage of our prepayment discount to reserve their appointment, you may choose to make payment the day treatment is started. No discount will be applied, nor financing arranged for this option.

 Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you.
